Global Account Director
We are looking for a Global Account Director whose responsibilities would include:
- Being the main point of contact for a portfolio of multi-sector, multi-market clients at a global level, you will show Leadership, Ownership and accountability for the success of our relationship with each.
- Growth within each market per client ensuring our SaaS product grows within pre-existing client B2B ecosystem.
- Leading our clients in the right direction in their Social Media customer marketing strategies, executing on opportunities that arise.
- Inspiring and motivating multiple stakeholders within our clients own infrastructure to achieve their best output
- Identifying and building ongoing pipelines of opportunity within each market per client

- You are a charismatic innovator who is fearless taking the lead on high profile global clients and partners communicating with stakeholders at the most senior level
- You possess extensive Project Management and client facing experience with a positive mentality and high levels of empathy ensuring our clients reach their goals using our product
- You are able to understand and explain complex software eco-systems translating this information in an understandable and relevant narrative for whomever you speak to from within clients/partners
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy having your say at a fundamental level ensuring your stamp is on both GladCloud culture and our product growth / business development.
- You have 5+ years of demonstrated client & management experience in a similar role
Starting Date: Q1-Q2 2022
At GladCloud we have been working remotely since March 2020 and are based across Europe. We have established entities in Dublin, Ireland and in Berlin, Germany but are happy to welcome you (virtually) from wherever you are based.
